TDS: Day 10

So after a long weekend away i picked up right where I left.
Day 10 completed :) It felt good to complete everything one last time and to do it well. I will miss level 1, and I am sort of excited to start level 2 and endure all the pain that comes along with planking :)
I also completed the stationary bike and an evening walk. Lets hope I can keep this up. My companion went to Morocco for 3 weeks and I would like him to be able to see a difference of some sort when he returns.
Unfortunately I have been at a stalemate for the last few weeks. So along with the extra workouts I need to make an extra effort with my nutrition, although i typically stay within my caloric range, I know I don't always make the best choices :)
