Wasn't able to get something entered over the weekend, but it was a good weekend. I participated in the Breast Cancer Walk in Sioux Falls on Saturday. We walked 3 miles in 38 minutes and it was a really hilly course, so I was happy with how it went. Some of the hills really took my heartrate up and I tried to keep it in the same range Donna is asking of me.
I also did Donnas workout, but not until Sunday, due to the Saturday walk. The back of my right knee was feeling a bit stiff/maybe swollen, but once I started with the workout, it didn't bother too much. I did some Matrix lunges, which I'm sure I didn't do completely correct, but we'll find out tomorrow. The main thing was my walk and incline progressions I was doing to get my heartrate up. I would go to 3.9 mph at 10 deg. and the highest I saw my heartrate was 156 bpm.
I "think" I have lost about 4 lbs since last weigh in, so I hope I'm not disappointed. I'll update how that goes tomorrow. Also, Donna is indicating we're going to take it up a notch, so we'll see if I'm still upright:)
