Trying not to be discouraged.

It has not been an entire week since I started this new journey and I have managed to gain 1 pound instead of losing 1. I did let my eating get out of control slightly over the weekend. I am trying not to be discouraged and to keep on plugging along.

    Do you think you ate an additional 3,500 calories over the weekend? That's what you have to eat to actually gain a pound! I would imagine if you mentally look at what you ate that it may of had lots of sodium in it.....could be a reason, just water weight. Did you drink all 8 glasses of water each day? It really helps. You'll get back to your normal weight in a day or 2 I'm sure....hang in there...

    We have setbacks from time to time, but let it get in your way of achieving your goal. Keep pushing on and it will be alright. Keep the faith!
