Injury

While working out yesterday I injured my hamstring. I'm a little bummed because I was on such a high with my exersing. Still going to try to do what I can with weights and so forth but this is for sure limiting my activities a bit.

    Hang in there! Once you get past that initial 2 day injury period, start back out with rehab of that area with active stretching ONLY for another 5-7 days, that way you don't have to be down long emoticon
