Sweet Tooth Challenge - Avoiding Cola

So, right now, I really, really wanted a glass of cola (still want it), but since I am in my second week of the Sweet Tooth Challenge, I looked for an alternative and simply thought, why not blog about it? This way my fingers are busy typing, I am sitting in front of the laptop and won't get up to get myself a glass of cola. First steps, right?

    But also remember that you can also look for healthy substitutions...so if you absolutely can't go without cola try first switching to a diet version of it.

    One of my main weaknesses is potato chips (I can't stop at just a few) so instead of trying to avoid them completely and then beating myself after bingeing (like I did in April) what I do is occassionally buy myself a small packet of crisps and enjoy them. Without any guilt, and adding them into my nutrition tracker.

    Perhaps for you, you can buy the occassional can of diet cola. Remember, we are making changes for life here.
