Monday - Low HIIT 20, Fire 30, Stretch 10 emoticon
Tuesday - Tone 30, Core 20, Stretch 10
Wednesday - Low HIIT 20, Fire Starter emoticon
Thursday - Rest
Friday - Fire 30, Abs 10, Stretch 10
Saturday - Fire 45 EZ emoticon
Sunday - Fire Starter emoticon

Things to work on:
-eating better
-pushing harder during workouts
