TF Prep Week 2 Summary

This was an interesting week. I found myself gettin frustrated at the calories I was burning during each workout as they were decreasing everytime I became more familiar with each workout. I know I shouldn't be too focused on numbers and my heart rate monitor but thats just me. I like numbers. I'm not going to change that. Anyways, today when I did the Fire Starter workout I pushed myself harder and was amazed that I burned more calories than I did the first time doing that one. I guess I just have to focus on pushing myself hard and not just going through the motions.

On Saturday I did not get my workout in. I felt awful about it as it was my first time in a week and a half that I missed a scheduled workout. I had a meeting at a conference center an hour from my house at 8am and I wasn't able to get up before to workout. (I set my alarm clock for 4:30am and it just wasn't going to happen). HOWEVER, instead of just feeling awful about it I regrouped and did Saturday and Sundays workouts today. It sucked but (hopefully) it won't happen too often!

One thing I've decided I really need to work on is my food. I'm eating a lot of junk that I know I shouldn't be eating but I do it anyways. This week I'm really going to work on tracking my food and being prepared.

Week 2 results:
# of WO = 5 days
Calories burned = 2749 Cal
WO minutes = 327 minutes
SW = 201.6lbs
FW = 202.6lbs emoticon (I REALLY need to focus on food!!!)
