Do you use dry or cooked measurements?

I know I have been at this for a while now but I am still not sure whether we are supposed to use the dry or the wet measurments for certain ingredients in our recipes. For instance today I entered a recipe for falafel. The amount entered in the calculations was entered as the final volume (cooked) not the dry volume.
In the list of ingredients its alway easy just to specify and I have been doing that.
Any way, I hope the nutritional calculations are correct.
The same goes for things like rice or noodles. I am never sure if I entered it correctly.
