What I have discovered and where I am going.

That is me, while I was walking at the Relay for Life. Seeing that picture I came to a conclusion, I am fat. My goodness I am fat, there is no denying it and I have to face it and admit it.

That isn't where I want stay. In a year from now when I am walking at the Relay for Life I want a picture taken so I can say now that is more like it.

I can see myself with more energy, I can see myself definitely smaller. I can see the confidence in my steps and the I can do attitude reflected in my smile. That is going to be my future. No more can't it is only cans from here on out.
