I know I know this stuff, but it helps to see it. But seriously, who gets surgery from a billboard?

Things I need to keep in the forefront:
There is no silver bullet
It is a mindset change
It isn't a diet it is a lifestyle change that I have to live with for the rest of my life
I have to exercise (and it really needs to be an hour a day)

    You can work up to an hour, but I suggest starting with 10 minutes a day and sticking at that level for a couple of weeks/months. If you have days where you can add more exercise, great, if not, do at least 10 minutes. It will get you in the habit.

    Wow, now that I have seen the segment about the surgery from a billboard. That is appalling. Holy crap!
