Slacked on the weekend.

I always seem to be at my best Monday through thursday and then I m just plained buggered. On saturday we have the boys football so that is all day and usually sunday too and I also get all my house work done on a sunday as it is the only day I have to do that stuff.
Today it was Mothers day here in Australia and I got very spoiled. Get this I got a fire extinguisher for Mothers day from my hubby from the kids. I also got 2 conifers for the garden, my baby bought me a cup and a bath bomb and made a beautiful card. I love it when they do things like that for you he is 11. I also got Bath bombs, and bath salts and cream from my eldest boy so that was very thoughtful too. I was lucky he even thought of me....
My daughter is the sweetest girl alive. She bought me the most fantastic camera to take overseas with me. It is really compact and fits in the palm of my hand. It even takes panoramic photos. So so sweet of her. She is my angel.

I also spent this weekend with some of the girls from work. We are doing a Calendar for a friend of ours to raise funds for Cancer research as she lost her hubby this year. We are doing a theme for each month such as Autumn, Mothers Day Valentines etc.
So here are a few from the shoot.

I was so dissapointed with the way I look I am so frumpy and DO NOT want to look this way in the photos for my brothers wedding. I cannot seem to lose the weight. I know it takes time and patience and perserverence and work but COME ON I am getting so annoyed. I am eating small meals, cut down on Carbs, I still do eat them though but low gi ones, I am exercising like a mad woman both strength and cardio. Some one help me out here. How do I do it.
I need a sure fire way to get this excess weight off. Let me know what you have done and how. Please I only have 14 weeks to go.

    The calendar looks like so much fun - what a great idea!!
    As regards your weight loss - have you been taking measurements - how do your clothes fit now - are they getting looser? The scales are not my friend - they keep bouncing around the same number - but I can tell that I am changing shape from my exercise by the numbers on the tape measure and how much better I feel.

    If you are eating clean and sticking to your plan, ditch the scales and use your clothes and how your body feels to measure your progress? Maybe you could ask one of the trainers at the gym to look at your food diary and give you some advice. You may not be eating enough protein for the amount of exercise that you are doing.

    I do NOT see any frumpy women in those photos - they all look like they are very happy and confident - which one is you??
