I did really well last week, but this week I've been over my allowance (2300 mg/day) every single day. I haven't been as far over as I was two weeks ago, but still. I'm not sure what I did so right last week and so wrong this week, but I want to go back to being good. Sure, I drink plenty of water (10-12 cups/day) and have good blood pressure now... but hypertension definitely runs in my family and I'd like to avoid that, myself.
