Calorie Counting

This is driving me nuts. I'm not getting enough calories per day and so all my workouts are having zero effect. I'm on such a weird schedule, I can't possibly cram 1200-1500 calories into the 12 hours a day that I'm functioning. I just don't know what to do and I'm not trying to stuff myself. Grr.

    Firstly, your workouts are NOT having zero effect. Secondly, I don't believe that getting in that calorie range is important. I know everyone is different and every body functions differently. For me, I never make it into my calorie range and I workout everyday. I have yet to see a problem with this (for the past 5.5 months this has been working for me). Just hang in there. Make sure the food you are eating is healthy and you aren't eating a lot of high fatty processed foods. Also, make sure you workouts are actually good workouts that make you sweat. Hang in there- you can do it!! It might just take your body a little bit of time to adjust to this new routine!! emoticon
