Bicycle and Juicer!

I took my bicycle out for a spin for the first time this year (what the hell have I been doing?). It's been raining non stop today so I was soaking wet when I got back home from an hour bike ride and it was super refreshing!
I bought a juicer (I love getting new kitchen appliances!) and I want to do a little experiment with my diet this month. I'm going to eat one cooked meal (dinner) everyday but make fruit/veggie juices for breakfast and lunch and have fruits/veggies for snacks. I want to eliminate bread, oatmeal, rice, pasta, sugar etc. from my diet and see if it helps me lose weight.
I found out about this documentary, Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead, that I'm about to watch and came across this website which has lots of juice recipes ( ). Today I made two of them, The Carrot Apple Ginger Juice for breakfast and the Mean Green Juice for lunch. Not bad! We'll see how it goes. I just want to kick start my weight loss journey (again). I need to see something work for me and the key is to take control of my diet and work from there.

    I eliminated all of those foods and did loose the weight but had very low energy due to low carbs.
