Lost track

I started on my weight loss challenge about a week ago. The first three days I was very excited and started tracking my food intake. Then on wednesday, we figured out that our 3 bedroom house is infected with bed bugs. It was a huge major ordeal sorting this out. We were informed by the pest control to throw out mattresses, some furniture and pack all the items in house in plastic bags so that fumigation can take place. Lost 3-4 days in this confusion and totally lost track of my food intake and fitness activity.

I am planning to start fresh this week again. I hope I am able to stay on track. Wish me luck.
