Getting harder....

I think I made it to my 1st goal of 130 pounds from 150 pounds in 6 months. I try to live my life thinking I am not on a diet and eat what I want, but I do try to estimate my calories and and exercise 4 times a week. The pounds kept falling off just by doing these simple things. But now I'm stuck. My dream is to be below 130 pounds since I can't even remember when the last time I was even that weight! But now it seems so painfully slow to get into the 120's. I know the more you get to your healthy weight it's harder to lose the pounds but I noticed I was getting more disappointed every time I weighed in ever 2 weeks. Like .3 or .5 pounds. After I huff and puff about it because I worked so hard and all I got was a small number I think I try to look at the brighter side saying to myself that those .2 or .5 of a pound is getting me closer to my 2nd goal of 125 lbs. I just got to keep telling myself that because it's gonna be slow going from now on so DON'T STOP!
