Still feeling oddly stuffed.
Today I had 400 g grapefruit segments for breakfast instead of bread (45p per 500g) - 150 calories, 36p.
Lunch was yesterday's leftover egg fried rice (not counting the cost as it was in yesterday's total) - 395 calories.
Dinner was lentil, carrots and onion soup (100 g lentils, 100 g carrots, 50 g onion - 95p per 500 g - 19p) with a slice of bread.
Total for dinner: 24p, 500 calories.
