I need to keep reminding myself that it is indeed Thursday.... I have Friday off and I keep on thinking tomorrow is Saturday. LOL

There, I hope I have it down now.
Well on this fine THURSDAY I am having a pretty good day. I hit the gym for a little elliptical fun and then headed up to the weight room to kill my arms again. Then I decided to do some ab work and did more weighted planks. Guess what this girl did....
25 pound weight on my back while I planked for a full minute. Yup a full minute today and then I did a second set for another 30 seconds. I think next week I will have to move up the weight to 35 pounds.
Lets see what else....
I got some great help from an awesome spark friend and her daughter. My daughter Kacie is hoping to hoop in her talent show with her friend Kyleigh so I pulled in some help from two awesome hoopers here on Spark.
MOSTMOM1 and her daughter Audrey put together an instructional video for Kacie and Kyleigh to watch and hopefully get some ideas. I spent the afternoon helping choreograph their routine. They looked so cute!

Last night was a very productive night. On my way home I renewed my drivers license so that I can stay on the road. It had expired last week.... oops! I also did a little cleaning in between helping Kacie with her hoop routine. Then Kacie and I biked to the boys baseball game. We took a longer route to get more miles and ended up being late to the game... whoops!

After the game and all the biking, I was pretty hungry. The sandwich for dinner just wasn't cutting it. So I made myself a yummy treat. 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 5 strawberries cut up, half banana cut up, and 1/4 cup bare naked granola. Yum..Yum..Yum!
The boys made themselves a protein shake. And Kacie... she opted for a pudding pop. All in all it was a great night.
