Well I only lost 100g in the past week according to the scales at JC. To be honest I'm disappointed as I only had one meal where I didn't follow the plan, I exercised really well, and even didn't drink that much wine!
I think maybe with my stress levels being so high at the moment, my cortisol must be bumped up and is not letting me lose weight!? Or maybe my random/elusive period is coming?
I'm not giving up, but am tired of stress or my weirdo menstrual cycle getting in the way of me losing weight. It's just been a stink week, and thIs makes it even stinker!
Oh well, let's see what we can achieve this next week huh?
