Health Habits while on Vacation

I am getting ready to go on a camping vacation with my husband in 2 days, and it is very important to me that I can continue with my Health living goals. I am able to take my computer with me, which will keep me connected to the Spark People group, I am taking an electric refridgerator with me so storage of fresh foods will be possible. I have a fanc watch that will keep me on track with my exercising, and there will be plent of wonderful hiking trails. This will be the first time away from home for me since I made the new lifestyle changes so this is my first opportunity to be resourceful in unfamiliar territory. I am really looking forward to it.

I am open to suggestions and ideas to make things easier.

    CAMPING!! How wonderful! One of my favorite things, right up there with swimming and fishing. I was always so active in the outdoors, I burned a lot of calories so it was never an issue. I'm sure you'll be just as active too. May you and your hubby have a healthy and safe vacation.
