Well I got up and went in and did my workout. I did back and Biceps today.
I got in to the gym around 730 and I start work at 9. I got straight into my Strength training which was.
Wide grip lat pull downs 4 set x 15 reps for all.
Cable rows
Dumbell bent over rows
Alternate bicep curls
incline bicep curls
Barbell curls

2:1 ratio run/ walks. I did 2 minute run on 9.5 kilometres and walk on 6.7 kilometres. For 30 minutes. Eating was good.
