I should not have rest days EVERYTHING goes out the window I was great until afternoon and then the boss went and bought lollies and grainwaves and then we had Pizza for our Anaphylaxis training and I had 3 pieces because by this stage I was hungry. I had Vegetarian so it wasn't as bad but still BAD. I did feel a little lethargic and I even feel as if I may skip my morning gym session just because we had such a late night. I am writing this at 11 pm. I AM NOT going to skip this session as I know I will feel better and more focused and will then in turn eat well.
