You guys are awesome

Loveanimal and Nevermind took the time to read my pity party yesterday and gave me some ways to change, thank you!

While food is still crazy, I actually got out of bed today in time to walk for 30 mins on the treadmill before getting ready and going to work for an 8am start. I think I even got into work earlier than I usually do.

I'm going to pump tonight too.

Next week I am going to focus on my food and really get back into it. At the moment I'm not there but I will be.

Loveanimal - I once read a quote that said 'You can't out-exercise a bad diet' and it makes perfect sense to me too.

In other news, I hate my hair!! I've been blonde for a couple of years and love it but because I'm going home where I won't be able to afford to keep it blonde (as I'll be a poor broke student) I went back to my roots yesterday. I hate it! Really hate it and I'm stuck with it now emoticon Have tied my hair up as that means I see less of it. sigh. I miss the blonde. I think I look tired and washed out now and fatter! How is that even possible?! stupid hair.

I hadn't had my hair done for about 20 years before I came here. I was going gray gracefully (not). I know when I go back home I'll never be able to afford the stuff I have done here; I'll go back to boxed dye at home, or go gray for real. Or shave my head! (I've done that, too, but I was much, much younger.)

    You'll figure out something.

I did Pump and Balance tonight - am about dead now.

Hang in there; it's almost Thursday!!!

Wishing you the best on focusing on your nutrition. Try to read, read, read as much inspiration material as you can...helps to brainwash the mind. ; )

Speaking of brain-wash, I totally understand about the hair thing!!! There were some times when I was short on cash and I went to a hair school that is in my area. Much, much cheaper than a salon. The students are overseen by seasoned hairdressers & they have to approve everything with their "boss" before they proceed on the client. The only downside to it, is that it takes them soooo long because they are learning & have to go and get their overseer all the time. Seems like I'm there forever. Though I lucked out about six months ago (after calling a lot of salons) and found a small little salon with two talent gals who charge half of what I use to pay!!! Takes longer there too because it's so small they have to answer the phones and schedule appointments, but hey if it saves me that much moolah and I don't look like a science project gone bad when I leave, I'm happy.
