Goals for 12 week Biggest Loser challenge

I am going to keep this simple and obtainable:
1. Write a food journal daily and when time permits, log it in here at Spark. I have discovered that I eat better when I write down the food.
2. Keep working at drinking my water each day.
As a teacher, I hate to keep leaving class to go to the ladies room...but I feel so much better when hydrated.
3. Establish a routine to exercise at least three times a week, even if it is at 9 pm at night.
4. Never give up. I will be lean once again. Bye bye
tummy. I don't have to live with that c-section belly. I can lose weight and that belly too.
5. Enjoy the journey with my spark friends and fellow forest pixies.
