I am loving my workouts they are hard and I really work up a sweat and it is a combination of Strength and Cardio. I worked it yesterday I did shoulders and boy did they burn. Burn baby Burn. Then I had to run 4.5 kilometres as well as do ab work in between each 1.5 kilometre. I am sore as sore can be but love it.
I am taking my rest day today as I have training after work and wont be home until around 10 tonight. So have a great day and I will chat with you all later.
