It amazes me how many times this is put out there and people just dismiss it.
I believe almost anyone can QUICKLY lower their cholesterol by getting off of wheat, sugars, HFCS and low fat diets! And add supplements like clove, cinnamon, coQ10, magnesium, niacin, fish oil, and D3.
Throw away margarine and vegetable oil! Add Butter, coconut oil and olive oil.
