Calendar done! Fitness plan done!
Now I just gotta be sure to stay active and keep posting to my calendar.
I can do this....I got keep my head held high.

Yesterday after dinner and winding down to a few tv episodes on Netflix...
We had decided to have a facial along with a foot bath/scrub & pedicure.
Soaking our feet in a warm gentle bath of epsom salts and a lovely scented foot scrub was amazing, very soothing and calm.
While sipping on green tea, I was reminded to always take care of myself and find time to relax and take a break...something that is very hard for me to do.
The sleep I had was very relaxing. Felt so rejuvinated & alive!!
I shall add this to my weekly agenda... A MUST!!!

As I said before, we live miles from the nearest spa....
I saved a bundle and was able to do it in the comforts of my own home with my princess. It was a few days late, as we had other plans over the weekend, but well worth the wait.

In other news....
I made it to the gym at noon.
Got on the treadmill...set to 30 mins.
I had the setting on User Number 2 and manually entered.
That darn thing was going bonkers on me, sometime during my workout
it shifted into level 12...the highest level, which no doubt would be like running for your life. It would then boot me down to level/incline 0 at .5 mph.
I would have to manually punch in the level I was pacing myself at, workout sucked but, I stuck to the 30mins. I had the usual after a workout- sweat dripping from the back of my head and neck which meant I still managed to burn some calories regardless if the workout sucked or not!
Next time I shall stick to that custom level fatburn settings (20min)
Maybe do 2 sessions of those per day.
For me, it takes awhile to work up a sweat at least 20 mins of cardio, so I know know how hard I have to work!

I have not had any cravings for soda or potato chips :) Yay!
Since I have Apples, Oranges, Watermelon and salads handy, I'd grab those instead. Stock is running low on fresh produce.... good thing tomorrow is payday!!
I still cannot see the silver lining just yet, but each day that I make a healthy choice and work out I am getting closer. Running is my dream :)
