So yesterday I wore my favorite pants, not tight not loose. I wore them Thursday, and washed them this weekend. I get on the scale OOps up a pound. A bit confused due to great exercise but this last month has been like that! I have been off the food plan a bit this week. I go to work and all day long I am pulling up my pants!! Seriously.... like showing panties...I felt like the male teens with boxers...NOT ON PURPOSE!! At one point I put my phone in my pocket and had to do a drop everything and grab...IN PUBLIC!! Okay not a bad thing, admittedly but EXTREMELY inconvenient. So I ate well yesterday and today I get on the scale to see if I REAALY have to claim the 1 lb gain....
5 lb gain!!
As I check the scale, OH ONLY A DOZEN TIMES OR SO, I notic emy lil shiny porker feet.

oh yeah
the bloating is back
woo frickin hoo

yep just down right peachy!
back to the pineapple...AGAIN!

Don't get me wrong I am not losing motivation.
I am just frosted cuz THIS TIME is soo darn hard to loose.
Last time I lost like 20 in 3 weeks.
This time I have gained 2 after a month!! OF TRYING!
HATE Water retention!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
