Turning my spare room into an exercise room. Just hauling all the crap into that room was a workout in and of itself. When I hauled the weight bench over, my calves were sore for days. Not quite as sore as after doing calves BFL style, but still pretty bad. Still going strong with the Tony Robbins tapes. Maybe not every day, but at least on my days off.

For now I have plenty to do to get the house the way I want it. After 4 years, I'm going to be back on track.
