This weeks goals

Ok did the 5k Saturday it was ok, took a while to finish because we got to go to different landmark and museums for free and I told advantage of it. I was nice to walk to the different places tho!
Drink 8 cups of water a day
Go to the gym 2 times this week
Do my Zumba DVD 3 times this week
Eat with in my calorie range
NO FRIED FOODS!!!
Make up a weekend plan because the weekends are my downfall!
This past weekend I had fried chicken and french fries, weight did not go u thanks the Lord!
I know I can do this!
