Walk Across America, Week 2 Report

I increased my mileage a little this week, totalling 40.99 miles: here are my daily #s compared to last week:
M 3.92 / 4.95
T 6.94 / 7.62
W 6.02 / 6.62
R 6.55 / 6.34
F 5.57 / 6.34
S 5.70 / 4.40
S 5.21 / 4.71

I'm sure Week 3's mileage will be considerably less, now that I realize I was abusing my poor back:(. It's a shame, because I was really enjoying the feeling of speed. Oh, well, hopefully I'll get there one day with enough time. I'd be THRILLED to be able to walk at 2.5 mph again.

On the weight side, I dropped .4 this week (averaging 1437calories/day). So, aiming for 1450/day seems to be just about right for me at this point.
