Took today's workout a bit slower...

I decided today not to jog because I jogged yesterday and my shins were a little sore before I even started. I am glad I didn't jog because I don't want to injure my shins and not be able to workout at all. If the shins are feeling better tomorrow I will be back to jogging! Hope everyone is having a good day!

    Hope the shins are better. Smart thing is to NOT injure yourself. Good call. Glad to see you're still at it. Sorry for the absence.
