Stepped on scale since marathon training .... Sigh

I started my journey at 180
My body fat is 27% ;)
I was zero muscle then
Can we get a woohoo.
Yes I gain 8 lbs since the training...even inches
Bc my WMS jeans is tight!!!
But it's ok.
You know what is strange?
Training 30 wks on distance....pushing more and more miles
Training distance, for me, means eating to keep up
Training distance, for me, means rest rest rest and rest
After my triple sprains.....
I decided on working on the mental issue
Only ran 2-3 miles of my hills, every 2-3 days
Guess what.....my butt, thigh shrank!
Even lost inches in waist....
So u know what... My goal is sustainable weight loss and lifestyle
I will be enjoying my runs now
And working on my pace and speed.
(my happy measuring stick)
I rather run 3 miles and work back to a 9 min mile.
Not worry about fuel breaks etc...
Once fully recovered I want to start p90x
I haven't forgotten my other goals, pull ups etc.
But I just want to say thank you for your awesome support
I have to work on my mental issues now
Bc I will be going back to Asia all summer....
Where they think I'm huge.
They are all tiny
And bracing on the fact that after a marathon I'm still "big"
I want to vow not to come back in aug sept...with the same downward spiral blogs
I will be here, just not reading ur blogs. Got a month to get ready for the trip.
