Monday Team Challenge summary

1 - Goal is 10 minutes on the rebounder daily.
The reality is that today I got in about 1 1/2 minutes before my leg started hurting. I guess the stress fracture is not quite healed. The rebounder is pretty low impact though so I pushed on a bit. Got in 4 minutes. That's about 480 steps. Really not what I wanted to manage, but it's a start. I can remember when I could barely get two minutes in so I am not going to complain too much.
Not sure how much I will get done tomorrow as I have a doctor's appt and will have to get a bit of grocery shopping in afterwards so my leg might not hold out for rebounding, too. We'll see.
2. Menu - I am working on adding a new food every day, and I'm sort of back to default because of the false positives. So today I added Beef and it seemed to be ok. I haven't been tracking on SP but I have been keeping a spread sheet of foods and reactions. I printed that out for my doctor's visit tomorrow.
3. How I'm doing? Well, I've got a bit more energy today than I have been having. I got the watering done and picked peas, and spent a bit of time outside. I have less pain than I did, though the return of the stress fracture site pain is worrysome. I wonder how long it will take that to heal? I haven't been taking the calcium supplements yet. I have held off on adding very many things in case the allergy is also a supplement.
I did shorten my sleep today a bit, hoping I can go to bed tonight and sleep well and wake up in the morning. Wish me luck.
