I'm kind of in my 40's LOL

Life got busy and i got distracted. Haven't kept up with my fitness goals. Today, I did the Walk Test, 1 mile in 17:38. 17:30 is needed to be in the "poor" category for someone 40-49. However, considering the amount of workouts I completed the past 2 months, I am still proud of the 5 min. difference since the first test back in January....at least I'm not back to my starting point. LOL
