Gardening a workout? I think YES!

Ahhh my poor bottom :(

Yesterday I did about an hour of gardening as an alternative to working out. I was worried I wasn't getting a "real" workout with it but I needed a change of scenery. I felt fine after I was done but this morning is a completely different story. My glutes hurt so bad today, even as I'm sitting here I feel like I'm sitting on two rocks lol. Ahh I guess I did get a good workout in. At least I know my butt is toned.
