Tough workout on Saturday 5 minutes of wall sit and planks. A bunch of Squats and Lunges finished off with a nice 30 min walk at 143 bpm. It truly did feel good, when I was completed. I actually had to do my final wall squat and plank after my run, because my body needed a little recovery.
Interestingly I spoke to Donna and she said that she didn't necessarily intend for the exercises done all in one day, but it was a GREAT challenge for me to try. I can say that I did get it accomplished!!!
Feel good and can sense that I am getting stronger.
