Getting Back on Track

I have been off track for a while- I was burned out and tired. However, I am committing to finishing this journey. I have not come this far to give up. Quitting at over halfway done is not going to happen. I must stay the course.

To stay on course I am going to make sure I get enough rest and drink my water everyday. I notice when I don't get enough rest I generally don't 'feel good' for a few days. But once I get 7 to 8 hours of sleep a night consistently for about a week, I start to feel much better. And I certainly don't like the feeling that dehydration gives...ugh.
