JEMS - Sunday 5/6

J - Yesterday was a lazy Sunday spent catching up on my DVR and playing with the boys. I also took the baby to his first Gymboree class. He loved it and it's so cute watching him play. But there's one activity where the parent lies on his/her back with legs bent in the air. We place baby on his belly on our shins and fly him up and down like a plane. Well that was not good for my uterus! I was in a lot of pain for the rest of class. I would've left, but it was a 30-minute drive that I didn't want to waste, so I just toughened it out and took it easy and let him roam and play on his own mostly. But lesson learned on that little activity! Sheesh. I don't feel great about my eating and lack of exercise, but today will be better!

E - None. I had every intention of going, but just got lazy and never went.

M - I planned out my 3 meals and would've been within range, even with the fried chicken and mac & Cheese...but on the way to Gymboree I had a bagel and iced coffee from Dunkin Donuts. There goes my CI points for the challenge! :-(

S - I was really hungry on the road and wanted to stop for fast food for lunch. But I held it together and had more baked chicken and salad instead! Saved a bunch of calories from that and was still satisfied!
