How do you all find balance on the weekends?
I'm not going out partying and whatnot haha, but its kinda hard to keep on track when i'm not at home. If I am around my own house its a little easier. But like this weekend I went back to my home town for a grad party and spent the weekend with my parents. So i got off my exercise schedule and way off the diet.
How do you do it?
Or better yet... How to do recover?
