#1. My goal is... Going back to the rebounder daily and try to work back up to at least ten minutes a day.
#2. Making a menu? That is too easy on this exclusion diet. I am back to three things... Apples, rice and chicken. Got chronically strawberried from the probiotic supplements that Ron bought me, so I have to start over on the other stuff that I was getting (hopefully) false positives on. I hate allergies, but I do feel much better, finally, after yet more benedryl. Ronnie was just being nice. We had no clue that I was allergic to strawberries when he bought them. And boy were they expensive too. Ugh. He said he'll just take them himself. reminder to self: check supplements! Add gradually, too!
#3. As for how I am doing, well... I'm doing better but boy I slept a lot with all the benedryl the last couple of weeks. I hope I can go without that tomorrow! I miss too much and I am so behind on everything.
Maybe I need to work on reestablishing a more normal circadian rhythm pretty soon? I am missing a lot of garden time this way.
