Workin it!

My goodness today was certainly a intense work out. I was really and truly workin. I was in the zone and loving every minute of it. I find when I am working hard I feel invigorated and just want to keep going at it.
This is my workout for today. Katie Cates has got her workout on Body building.com so I followed this or this is my second week of following it.
You should check out her transformation. She is fantastic motivation.
Training
Day 1: Lower Body
Warm-up:


Bodyweight Squat
1 set of 10 reps

Plie Dumbbell Squat
1 set of 10 reps

Walking, Treadmill
10 min
Superset:


Barbell Squat
4 sets of 12-15 reps

Stiff-Legged Barbell Deadlift
4 sets of 12-15 reps
Superset:


Leg Press
4 sets of 12-15 reps

Dumbbell Walking Lunges
4 sets of 15 reps each leg
Triset:


Smith Machine Lunge (shown with barbell)
3 sets of 10-12 reps

Lying Leg Curls
3 sets of 12-15 reps

Leg Extensions
2 sets of 12-15 reps
Superset:


Freehand Jump Squat
4 sets of 12-15 reps

Standing Calf Raises
4 sets of 30 reps
I didn't get in the cardio as I was pushed for time but tomorrow I will make time. I will get up that bit earlier.
My food was:
Protein shake
banana
oats, honey, cinnamon and water. Coffee
mandarins
vegetable soup
apple
Quest bar and banana (this gave me unbelieveable wind)
Pumpkin soup.
So feeling good about this day. My brother and I are trying to lose weight before our trip so we are egging each other on.
