Weekend full of moving

Eating is still a battle but I AM making smarter choices. Salad with every meal. Portion is getting better. I'm trying to find slower ways to eat like cutting my food, plating smaller plates, and drinking a lot of water. All these might help me with the portion ... well.. porition :)

My husband and I walked on Saturday and did minor lifting. I couldn't lift too much because my right arm is still a bit sore.

Today I worked a flea market. I was on my feet for 5 hours. I also did a few box lifting today. As much as I allow myself. The idea is to get better so I can start weights at the level I started last before my "break".

I was listening to the radio driving down south to the flea market. There's this author talking on my usual station. Which is unusual because most of the time this radio talks about pop culture a lot.
Sounds interesting. I don't know if I'll read the book but he did offer great advice such as:

1.) More moving, sitting will always lead to bad health.
2.) Eat more plants
3.) Try all kinds of exercises and find one that fits your needs and interest
4.) Find a positive way to relieve your stress

Weekend Gratitude:
1.) I'm starting to feel balanced again and less stressed.
2.) Feeling productive. When I get productive without feeling overwhelm it's AWESOME!
3.) I had a great relaxing time to round off my weekend.

Time for bed!
