Wow! I am learning so much reading "The Spark". So many great ideas. Feel better with each section I read. Wish I could get all my family to read it. I believe it would help in more aspects of life than just weight loss.
If you haven't read "The Spark", you need to. It will help you in so many ways.

Keep Smiling

Absolutely true. I knew coming from dealing with my finances first that a lot of the lessons learns were cross compatible. Tracking a budget and tracking food aren't all that different. Settings savings goals and setting health and fitness goals have similarities. And the more we grow as an individual in ANY area, the better equipped we feel to handle other areas.

The Spark is a great read...wonderful ideas. I know that I have read it twice and still find things that I either missed or didn't comprehend. Keep up your great work!!!

I bought it, read the first half and stopped when it got to the "exercise" focus. Perhaps I was a little resistent??? I'm going to go home and start reading again. Thanks for the reminder that it's not too late.

I've been thinking about getting it for a while. I may have to go into the hospital soon so I might order it to read while I'm recovering. Thanks for the recommendation. :)
