TF Prep Week 1 Summary

I've just completed week 1 of my TurboFire prep schedule. I worked out 6 days and didn't skip a workout. I'm very proud of this accomplishment. In the past I've never been able to stick to any sort of schedule for an extended period of time. I've also had a lot of fun doing these workouts. They are similar to the combat classes I used to go to at the gym, very music orientated and gets me moving. My results from week 1 are:

# of WO = 6 days
Calories burned = 2569
WO minutes = 327 minutes
SW = 202.6lbs
FW = 201.6lbs

I'm happy with my results and the schedule will get more challenging in the following weeks. On to week 2!
