I was getting bored with my workouts and decided to go through my fitness library.
Found my old Firm Fitness DVD. Okay let me confess and tell you that I originally had this workout on VHS. Then found it on amazon on DVD and was happy as I could be.
I did a butt kicking lower body workout with my trusty "Fanny Lifter". This particular workout uses steps and lunges to burn out the glutes and quads. My quads were on fire and I'm feeling it this morning. It was funny to see how basic moves never really change. All they do is change the set, music, fashion and the new fitness guru but at the end of the day if you're moving and sweating you're losing weight and burning calories.
