Is Caffine bad for you while on a diet or is it ok to have up to a certain amount?

    Thanks MEYERJEH, I usually have about 99mg of caffeine daily so at least I know what the limit is now. :)

    Fitting! I just stumbled upon this....A book on coffee in particular and mixed messages of foods being good for you one minute then bad the next in general.

    Caffeine 30-60min before a workout has been pretty rigorously & consistently linked to increased calorie burn & better performance. It should be limited to no more than 300 mg per day though!
