Week 1 is done

I joined the Spring Shape Up Challenge and I completed week one today. I need to work harder on my cardio because I couldn't get past ten minutes except today. I guess that is because I switched up the workout and did lower impact exercises. That month of April really set me back because I didn't really do anything. I am looking forward to starting Week 2 tomorrow. emoticon
