Hooray! The weekend has arrived! That means my weekly foraging at the local Super Walmart. Here's my grocery list based on my Spark generated meal planner:

Mixed Vegetables, frozen 1 package (10 oz)

Broccoli, fresh 9 spear (about 5" long)
Zucchini 1 cup, sliced
Onions, raw 4 slice, medium (1/8" thick)
Asparagus, fresh 2 spear, extra large (8-3/4" to 10" long)
Fresh Chives 1 tbsp chopped
Mushrooms, fresh 1 cup, pieces or slices
Summer Squash 2 cup, sliced
Red Ripe Tomatoes 1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia)
Sweet potato, cooked, baked in skin, without salt 1 small

Apples, fresh 2 small (2-1/2" dia) (approx 4 per lb)
Banana, fresh 1 large (8" to 8-7/8" long)
Peaches, fresh 1 large (2-3/4" dia) (approx 2-1/2 per lb)
Grapes 54 grape, seedless
Cantaloupe 2 wedge, large (1/8 of large melon)
Pineapple, fresh 9 slice (3-1/2" dia x 3/4" thick)
Strawberries, fresh 48 large (1-3/8" dia)
Lime Juice 1 fl oz
Orange Juice 1 fl oz

Turkey breast meat 2 ounce(s)

Cottage Cheese, Nonfat 4 cup (not packed)
Sour Cream, reduced fat 4 tbsp
Milk, nonfat 5 cup
