Good week!

Burned over 4000 calories in exercise this week! Yoga, jogging, walking and elliptical. I am pretty proud of myself. I went out Thursday for a jog. Haven't really tried to jog since probably January. I jogged the whole three miles without walking. Not fast - 40 minutes. But I am still super proud of it!

A bit over on calories in this week. Hoping the scale still says good things tomorrow morning. emoticon I was looking for an emoticon of crossed fingers...

Got a pretty nice complement from my boss today. He just bought a cabin, and isn't far from retirement, so I asked if he was going to move to the cabin when he retired. He said he was going to stick around town to see me get elected (sheriff). My plan is to run for sheriff in about 12 years, but my boss had never said anything before that made me think he thought I could do it. It really made me feel good!
